Entrepreneurship and consulting are often perceived as two opposite realities, requiring different skills and personalities. However, those two worlds also share common values and aspirations. The panel discussion should initiate a dialogue that critically challenges the diversity of those two realities. What makes consulting entrepreneurial? What can consulting learn from entrepreneurship? How does Roland Berger Strategy Consultants help their consultants to become entrepreneurial? But also what can entrepreneurship learn from consulting? Which set of skills are developed in consulting that are useful to young entrepreneurs?
